OZpedia will try to resolve any disputes between Users or between Users and OZpedia.

If quick intervention by OZpedia Support cannot resolve the dispute, it will be escalated to the dispute committee.

The dispute committee consists of 3 to 5 (depending on the severity of the dispute) people that are totally independent (have no personal interest in any OZpedia content or operation). They will review the dispute and vote on the outcome. Their decision for all intents and purposes is final.

In very rare cases OZpedia management has the final say.
