from 'OZpedia the Free Guide'

Mukinbudin is situated between Nungarin and Bencubbin in the northeast wheatbelt region of Western Australia. The first settlers here arrived in the 1870s and set up sheep runs. By 1910 wheat production had begun in earnest and with the securing of a reliable water source in 1928 stock farming commenced.

Visitors can view various granite rock outcrops in the region such as Barbalin Rock, Beringbooding Rock and De-eranning Hill. The gnamma hole and three pioneer graves at the site of the Watsonia Homestead are also worth viewing when in the region.
