from 'OZpedia the Free Guide'

There are many Heritage trails throughout the city which take in the Waterfront, the old suburb of Paddington, Fortitude Valley and numerous other areas. There is also one which starts at the beautiful City Hall and makes its way through the city streets and past many of the Brisbane's finest buildings. The Aboriginal heritage trail at Bellbird Grove informs participants of the way in which the Aboriginal people lived in times past.

The City Hall itself has tours in operation between 10am and 2pm during the week, and at 10am on Saturdays.

For those who do not wish to walk everywhere, there is always the option of catching a 'City Sights' tram style bus. This takes in all of the sights and departs from stops around the city every half an hour.
