Albion Park Rail is located on Samuel Terry's grant along side the Macquarie rivulet. After Terry's death in 1838 the property was taken over by John Terry Hughes who owned the Albion Brewery, which later became Tooheys Brewery. Albion is an ancient name for Britain, and was suggested for the name of Sydney.
